Breaking: Iron Hill West Chester Assets Sold to West Chester Native

John Barry, owner of 3 W. Gay Street, announced today that he has purchased the complete assets of the property's last tenant, Iron Hill Brewery. The sale effectively transitions all of the West Chester restaurant’s remaining assets from former Famous Dave’s CEO, Jeff Crivello, who indicated his intent to purchase 10 Iron Hill locations last month, to Barry.
